IT SHOULD BE AN EASY QUESTION TO ANSWER, BUT IT ISN’T.
The truth is that Synergize isn’t really a business. It’s the physical representation of a movement – maybe one you’re already a part of, without even knowing it.
The world teaches us not to be givers, especially in business. Instead, we’re taught that kindness is an invitation for people to take advantage of us. We’re taught to look at every relationship as an opportunity to advance ourselves.
A MOVEMENT TO DISRUPT
Our members are sick of that mentality. Our movement – Synergize – is a commitment to reject transactional networking. Instead, we foster authenticity. We want to disrupt the networking space, by prioritizing real connections.
Don’t tell us what you can do for us. We think your elevator pitch sucks, and to be honest, we don’t care about it. Why would we want to know how much your business made last year, when we could hear why you’re passionate about building it?
YOUR STORY COULD CHANGE THE WORLD
Instead, tell us your story. Tell us what legacy you want to leave in the world. Tell us how you serve others. Share your Big Hairy Audacious Goal, the one you only voice to yourself when you feel the most powerful. In return, we’ll give you genuine friendships with people who will help you create that impact.
Synergy is defined as “the interaction or cooperation of two or more agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of its parts.” Our job is to spark synergy between our members. We know that the right relationship, at the right time, can help you achieve something that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
A PASSION TO IMPACT OTHERS
Our community creates synergy every month at our awesome 4:30 Meetup events. These incredible evenings are a time for all of us to come together and rally around a local nonprofit cause. In our first year alone, our members raised over $30,000! The impact we’ve been able to have on the Carmel and Indianapolis communities would absolutely not have been possible without the synergy created by these amazing, altruistic people.
Through introductions and events like 4:30 Meetup, we build you personalized, synergetic friendships. The friends you make through Synergize will give back everything you pour into them, and more. But ultimately, that’s not because of us. It’s because of our members.
See, all of our members are givers. And a lot of givers get stuck in an endless cycle of pouring into takers, who have no intention of returning the favor.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR JERKS
We have a saying – “No Jerks” – that represents our commitment to remove these takers from our community. This way, Synergize becomes a circle of people who actually want to multiply each other’s impacts. If we allowed takers to be a part of our group, the cycle would stop. Our impact would fade instead of grow.
Because of our high standards, our members know that everyone in Synergize is someone worth meeting. And, while we have a lot of CEOs and influential people in our group, we really don’t care what you do. Our only requirement is that you’re not a jerk. That’s it.
RELATIONSHIPS OVER EVERYTHING
Synergize is defined by our people. Everyone contributes something unique, making us better than we were before they joined the group. Each new member changes the total definition of what we are. That’s what makes us so hard to pin down.
But no matter how many members we have, one fact remains: Synergize is a network of true friends. Friends that come together to support your goals, your business, and our community. Friends who, above all, prioritize our motto: #RelationshipsOverEverything
