CARMEL, IN – Under a double rainbow, members of Synergize met to build friendships and support a new, local 501©3 at the 4:30 Meetup. Each one of these monthly events benefits a new non-profit organization.

The organization in question is Veritas Charities, which aims to become a fiscal sponsor of non-profits. An “efficient and structured steward” of funds, Veritas will partner with frontline organizations that address mental health, poverty, and the relationship between the two.

Cathy Standish and her husband, Earl, are the faces behind Veritas. They started the organization years ago, but it remained inactive while they focused on growing their small business. The two of them joined Synergize in 2022, and the relationships they found there inspired them to get back to using it to serve others.

Veritas is also a partner of Synergize. Synergize’s corporate-level memberships can be processed through Veritas Charities, and include a kickback to Veritas’ mission.

“Earl and Cathy have been members for a long time, but more importantly, they’ve been friends of ours,” said Heather Hunter (Director of Marketing, Synergize). “It was a blessing to support this new season of their work.”

Each Synergize membership, whether at the corporate or individual level, includes a donation to the group’s monthly 4:30 Meetup beneficiary. This month, that amount totaled $1,625. Although Synergize will soon be unveiling brand-new memberships to replace their current model,  each 4:30 Meetup will still benefit a cause with funds taken from membership dues.

For more information on these new memberships, or how to get involved, attend the group’s first Synergize Experience social event. The event will take place from 6-8pm at Bar Louie in Carmel. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

The next 4:30 Meetup will benefit Fountains of Hope International! Follow Synergize on LinkedIn or Facebook to get tickets as soon as they’re available.
