CARMEL, IN – Synergize, a popular social-professional organization based in Carmel, is thrilled to announce a new long-term partnership. Shaun and Tiffany Goodyear, founders of Indy Facets Private Jeweler, have joined Synergize founders Arron and Tara Stanton as co-owners of the company.
The Goodyears have been members of Synergize since late 2021. Indy Facets Private Jeweler has been a corporate sponsor of the organization since mid-2022. The duo’s new role in Synergize reflects a shared passion for more authentic relationships, bigger local impact, and ultimately, growth of Synergize’s inclusive member base.
“We love what Synergize brings to Carmel, and we’re excited to help it multiply,” said Shaun Goodyear. “Big changes are coming to the organization. We’ve always loved its mission and vision, and all of us are working together to make its execution even better.”
Founded by Arron Stanton, Synergize exploded onto the Central Indiana scene in 2020 and rapidly grew a devoted member base. Now headquartered on Range Line Road in Carmel, Synergize has remained faithful to its original values. Members are encouraged to share stories instead of swapping business cards, and consider community impact as a central piece of business decisions.
Synergize is most well-known for its emphasis on giving back. Since its founding, the group has given away over $200k in monetary and in-kind donations to local non-profit organizations.
The Goodyears’ partnership with the Stantons comes at a pivotal moment in Synergize’s story. It will bring enhanced value for both existing and future Synergize members, more efficient operations, and clear long-term strategy for growing the organization’s positive impact.
“This partnership is exactly what Synergize needs to continue bettering our community,” said Stanton. “Ultimately, we want to help professionals build more fulfilling friendships. This new season of Synergize will be better built to make it possible.”
Those who are interested in getting involved with the changes coming to Synergize should attend the organization’s free upcoming social event – The Synergize Experience – on October 12, 2023. The event will take place at Bar Louie (1111 W Main St Suite 140, Carmel, IN 46032) from 6:00-8:00pm. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
