Raju Chinthala, a trailblazer in healthcare and business, was born in a small Indian village where education was a rare privilege. His grandmother, despite her lack of formal education, instilled in Raju's father the importance of learning, leading to Raju obtaining double master's degrees in speech & hearing and business. Encouraged by his family's support, he set out to America, marking the beginning of his 30-year career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and businessman.

Starting in Kokomo, Indiana, Raju became a leader in healthcare, helping thousands with speech, language, swallowing, cognitive, and hearing difficulties. He transitioned to business, fostering economic growth in Indiana through hotel franchise partnerships, international corporate expansions, and philanthropic initiatives that generated over $500 million in positive revenue investments. As Sr Advisor for India at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, he cultivated relationships resulting in thousands of jobs, and as the Founder and President of the Indiana India Business Council, he built a strong economic bridge between Indiana and India.

Raju's contributions earned him prestigious awards, including two Sagamore of the Wabash awards from former Governor and Vice-President Mike Pence in 2015, and Governor Eric J. Holcomb in 2017, and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. His unwavering commitment to community, Republican ideals, and belief in a brighter future for all are the driving forces behind his impactful career. Raju resides in Carmel with his wife, Dr. Prasanna Chinthala, their son Anoop, and their dog Snowball.
