What do you want the world to know you for? I would like the world to know me for being passionate in all aspects of my life. An intense coach, emotional leader and heartfelt friend.

What problem are you most passionate about solving? Culture issues. My priority has always been developing a wonderful culture in the workplace and as a youth coach.

How do you define success?  I define success by growth. I always want to be growing as a person, developing new relationships and learning daily.

Greatest piece of advice? As a leader, don't try to be great at everything. Surround yourself with people who are great at different things and get them all working together as one.
