What problem are you most passionate about solving? Solving our customers’ growth challenges and helping them successd in a competitive void. Also, providing readers with meaningful news and information about their communities that is simply unavailable anywhere.

How do you define success? Having happy and enthusiastic customers - advertisers and readers - who know they can count on me and my company.

Greatest piece of advice? Think negatively. Determine what is wrong with a product or service, and fix it.

Most impactful quote? “Remember, George, this is no time to go wobbly.” Margaret Thatcher to George H.W. Bush. It reminds me, in Bush’s case, the real costs associated with weak leadership.

What is your "Big Hairy Audacious Goal"? To significantly grow our business and enter new markets with our research-based content and distribution model.
