Synergize and Indy Auto Man have been working closely together for several months, extending each of their impacts in the downtown and northern communities of Indianapolis. Now, Indy Auto Man is extending their employee discount to members of Synergize as a nod to the group’s emphasis on giving back.
The offer will give members of Synergize an extra $500 on top of their cars’ trade-in value, a $500 down payment match, and $500 off a vehicle service contract. On top of that, each member will get a 20% discount on all vehicle maintenance services.
“We do a lot of things with Indy Auto Man, so it’s nice to work together on something to benefit our members, too,” said Arron Stanton, founder of Synergize. “(Indy Auto Man) is a business that has always invested in people – their employees, their customers, and their community.”

Through the program, the dealership gives up to one car per month to someone in need. “People will impact their community upon getting a car from us,” said Victor Figlin, GM at Indy Auto Man. “That’s the whole goal of this program. It aligns so well with ROImpact because the person helps multiple people.”
This new member discount serves as a thank-you to Synergize members for their support of Indy Auto Man. The partnerships between the two companies speak to the importance of socially responsible business for community impact.
“Honestly, more businesses should be working together like this,” said Stanton. “Neither of us are in this to get deals for our members or our employees. That’s just a side effect of Synergize and Indy Auto Man trying to make our communities better, together.”
